A. What kind of business background/experience do I need?
We do not require that you have a background in business ownership; however this is not the type of business in which you can be an absentee owner. -- You must be active in your business. You will spend your time managing your employees and growing relationships with clients.

B. What is the franchise lifestyle like?
You're probably wondering what a typical day in an AutoQual franchisee's life is like. Your first year in business (as with owning any business) is hard work, but rewarding as the president of your own company. It will consist of building up your client base, learning to manage your employees, and setting the AutoQual process and procedures for your employees. Once you've established your business, your work schedule should basically be 8-4, Monday through Friday. Your business will be home-based and you will start your day with a quick send-off call to your employees. You will then visit new dealerships in an attempt to land new accounts or stop in on existing accounts and spot check quality and build relationships with your staff and customers. Your work vans will have GPS systems in them so you can track your employees throughout the day via the Internet. You will also spend part of your day making phone calls to order supplies and manage the administrative aspects of your new business. AutoQual is a proven business system which has been created with ease of ownership in mind.

C. Will you help me get started?
Absolutely! In fact, not only do we give you complete training, but we also offer you the unique advantage of having one of our field representatives visit your new location and spend time securing new business for you.

You will receive ongoing support in all aspects of the AutoQual system and business:
